Your memoir is one of the most personal things you'll ever make. Here, in simple language, is exactly how we treat it.
Every word you write or speak, every photograph you upload, every chapter we help you shape — it's yours. Always. We don't claim ownership of any of it.
Only you can see your story. Family members you invite as contributors see only what you choose to share with them. We never sell your data, and we never use your memoir to train AI models.
Your finished book is yours. You can buy a print-ready PDF and EPUB download, order a printed hardcover, or have it narrated as an audiobook — all from your dashboard. You can also export a complete copy of your underlying data from your account settings.
If you ever want to leave, deleting your account removes your chapters, recordings, interview transcripts, and uploaded photos from our systems. We keep only the minimum billing records the law requires.
